I can't stop these words
that steadily flow
after hearing that you
now wish to let go.
Your road too narrow,
your path too straight.
You're giving up all
after entering the gate?
To work for salvation
is it really that hard?
Do you have to give up?
Is your mind so barred?
OH how I wish
and pray for your soul,
to remember those feelings
that once made you whole.
Yet my hands are tied
it's your choice to make,
though I'll pray each night
for your soul to awake!
