Among the many stories
that i read throughout the day
are there any like my life
that i can follow in some way
Has any woman wondered
when or whom she'd wed
did the lonley womans heart ache
did she cry upon her bed
I'd like to read the ending
to know just how i cope
and then maybe i'll find
that needed glimmer of hope
