If only I could help him
and know just what to say.
If only i could wash the tears
that are falling from his face.

He needs some arms around him,
he needs someone to say,
we love you and are here for you
please don't go astray.

I pray that I can find the words
to help and comfort him,
for he's a child of God whose now
crying from within.

My heart begins to ache
for my words he can not hear.
I need to share this message
so he gets it loud and clear.

Our Heavenly Father loves you
He knows how you think and feel.
If you turn to him in prayer
I'm sure he will help you heal.
